As a titled women’s physiotherapist and mother of three, I understand every woman’s journey is unique. With years of experience, a Masters in Physiotherapy and background in personal training, I am passionate in helping women optimise their physical health, which is why I wanted to open Canberra’s first designated women’s health clinic.

Whether you’re starting your pregnancy journey or navigating the world as a new mum, the physical changes that take place during these periods are some of the biggest the body will ever go through. Women will often report new areas of pain and discomfort such as back pain, pelvic girdle pain, rib pain and other symptoms such as incontinence. These are changes affect day-to-day life and may cause long term problems if left untreated. Whatever your stage or situation, I am devoted to removing those barriers through my comprehensive assessments and specialised classes and programs, so you can lead the best life possible.

My ultimate aim is to share my love for food with you and assist in creating a wholesome, nourishing, and enjoyable relationship with food that can be shared with your loved ones.
