Postnatal Classes

We’re thrilled to announce our classes are now offered at The Hale Gym and Spa Hotel in Canberra, where you’ll experience the stunning, state-of-the-art facilities that elevate your wellness journey

Our postnatal classes, tailored for women 4 weeks to 18 months post-delivery, are designed to optimize recovery and empower new mothers. Through a series of systemised movements, strength exercises, and stretches, these classes foster awareness and familiarity with the postnatal body, restoring optimal movement patterns and strength.
