No matter what stage of life you’re in, a women’s health physiotherapist can assist with the treatment of conditions that are unique to the female body. Often women aren’t aware of how common these conditions are and that many of them are treatable under the right care. Some of the conditions we can help with include:

Postnatal care

The postnatal period is often consumed with new baby cuddles and sleepless nights, but as a new mum, your body is working hard to recover from the delivery and adjust to life following pregnancy. Seeing a women’s health physiotherapist during this time can assist with recovery, helping you return to activity safely and enjoy life with your new baby sooner.

Classes

  • OUR BODY

    Our prenatal classes are for women wanting to stay active throughout their pregnancy. Changes to the pregnant body can often make exercising difficult and confusing. These classes are designed to create a space for expecting mothers and their baby to exercise harmoniously in a safe and controlled environment.

  • My Body

    Our postnatal classes for women 4 weeks to 18 months following delivery, wanting to optimise their recovery. Using a series of systemised movements, strength exercises and stretches, these classes bring awareness and familiarity to the postnatal body, while restoring optimal movement patterns and strength.

    Monday 1:00 - 2:00 pm

    Tuesday 10:00 - 11:00 am

    Thursday 10:00 - 11:00 am
