


Our Body Class Pack
Your ‘Our Body’ Class pack includes six of our physiotherapy-led prenatal classes, run over a six week block.
Our next six week block is starting Tuesday 29th July, 2025
7:30 - 8:15am Tuesdays (Spaces available)
Our prenatal classes are for women wanting to stay active throughout their pregnancy. These classes are designed to create a space for expecting mothers and their baby to exercise harmoniously in a safe and controlled environment. Over the six week block we will systematically move through a series of functional exercises selected to strengthen targeted areas of the body that are affected by pregnancy.
We have intentionally kept our class sizes small to allow for focussed attention and comfort for those attending. If you have missed out on securing a place in our current class block please email the clinic info@kyliefaulks.com.
